Traffic control in one of the busiest streets in Houston

With the City of Houston's approval, Saul's team blocked off several hundred feet of one of the busiest thoroughfare intersections in Houston. Almost a hundred feet, off the ground, exterior lights were upgraded to energy efficient LED lights. Schematics were presented, sealed and analyzed before the city's TCP gave the green light for two days of blocking traffic. Another successful case of energy efficiency upgrade!
